A-mac is a great tool for changing your PC's MAC on the fly.




Amac doesn't have the OUI database built in, but that's just glitz anyhow imho for a program that you would need once in a while.



1st. You can dl the database of OUI assignments anywhere. There's no secrecy here.

2nd. If you change your mac, make sure you have the NIC or Node mac address in your possession when putting it

out to the "cloud". Knowing your putting out "foobar's" mac makes no difference except to fool hackers into

incorrectly attacking vulnerabilities or changing your ISP IP address if your directly connected to the internet

(no router/gateway).
